Hello from our family to yours.
We're the Evans. Isaac grew up in a small town in northern Illinois. Maddy grew up right here in Indianapolis. We have three children, and most of our free time goes on hunting, fishing, hiking, camping and standing on the side of somebody's game.
Children bring love, noise and a certain amount of destruction. After our bathtub overflowed one too many times, black spots appeared in the bathroom. We started reading, and the reading led us to whole-home mold treatment.
For years we assumed mold was something you sprayed with bleach and hoped for the best. That changed when Maddy took a job with a mold treatment company — a Pure Maintenance affiliate. Night after night she came home with stories: whole houses treated in a day, no walls torn out, at a price people could actually afford. One evening Isaac asked her straight out whether the fogging was snake oil or whether it genuinely worked. Her answer was short: it's the real deal, and more people need to know about it.
We had always wanted to run our own business. Isaac wanted the freedom that comes with it. Maddy insisted it had to be work worth doing. She got her way. Pure Maintenance of Indy was born in Maddy's hometown, and we now treat homes and businesses across Central Indiana — every job finishing with an independent lab report you get to keep.
